How to retrieve a lost password


Passwords can be reset using the following steps:

  1. Open https://cpd.tevenlogic.com.au in your browser
  2. Click on the "LOG IN" button.
  3. Click on the "reset your password" link at the bottom of the page.
  4. Enter the email address you last used to login
  5. Click "CHANGE PASSWORD"

You should receive am email with a confirmation link.

  1. Open the email and click on the link. Your browser should open in the "Update Profile page"
  2. Enter a password in the "password" field
  3. Enter the same passwords in the "Verify Password" field
  4. Click the "Update Profile" button.

Note: The password is not actually changed or reset until the "Update Profile" is clicked.

Passwords must be 8 to 120 characters long and contain a lower case and upper case and digit.

Your account should now be logged in and ready to use. Navigate to the home page and you should see a list of your linked organisations. If your organisation does not show then please contact us at support@cpd.tevenlogic.com.au.

The password you used will also be your username. This username and password is also used to configure your CPD desktop application.
