Assuming your desktop CPD application is running...
You will see that you have a diary view that you can navigate and change to day, week or month mode. Assuming you are in Day view...
Double click on a time and a dialog will appear to allow you to edit event data. Alternatively click on the '+' icon to add a new event ending at the current time.
You will see choice at top left that says 'Personal'. Click on this to select 'IRSA'.
'Procedure'-'Drainage' will appear - click on 'Drainage' to select procedure type. You may need to explore a little eg Biopsy is under Oncology.
Fill in General and Patient tabs. There is controlled visibility - as you select various items, then various relevant sub items appear.
In case of potential multiple items eg 'Other Doctors' select the number of occurences of that item and relevant details will become visible.
Only record what you want to remember, or have been requested to for research purposes, and don't try to fill out all the questions.
Leave unanswered what you don't know.
The 'Procedure' tab is customised by the 'Procedure' type choice at the top. Depending on the procedure type you can record one or more procedure and site per event.
Form content is an extension of that on the old website but has been rearranged.
When finished, close the Dialog with Close button or with 'X' icon. Content is always saved.
